Sink your teeth into our Veal Parmigiana … tender veal cutlet, breaded, fried and smothered in parmigiana cheese, served with pasta, tomato sauce, bread and a salad.  Or try our delicious homemade Lasagna … layers of pasta filled with ground beef, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses and our own special sauce!  Got a taste for a treat from the sea?  How about Vesuvio’s fabulous Mediterranean Salmon?  Fresh salmon prepared in a crab pink sauce served over pasta. 

Enjoy the lunch buffet at Vesuvio’s Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.!

Vesuvio’s also welcomes you to try one of their signature dishes like Lobster Ravioli prepared in a pink sauce with shrimp; our homemade Seafood Manicotti topped with crab meat and shrimp in our rich, velvety Alfredo sauce.  Gnocchi Al Rosmarino is always a hit … homemade potato dumplings cooked in a savory rosemary sauce.

New York Style Pizza is always a favorite!  Freshly prepared to order, Vesuvio’s offers a generous selection of toppings from which to choose.  Pair your pie with one of Vesvio’s appetizers like Fried Calamari with Marinara Sauce, Bruschetta … toasted Italian bread topped with diced tomato, fresh garlic, oregano and extra virgin olive oil.
